CLUB CORNER - Upcoming Events & Results October 2013

UPCOMING EVENTS FOR OCTOBER

13th October NALA day at the Club starting set up at 8.30am for Agility, Veterans and Flygility (Flygility is weather permitted being transferred to a Thursday night to be advised). All Club members are welcome to run these courses and be part of NALA.

19th October Dogility Competition (was Cancelled due to weather in September). That course was a Starters Course and is still waiting to be run. Please support your Club, this is a Club fundraiser you need to be there to buy a sausage and try the course. Entry $4, bring your friends with dogs as well.

UPCOMING EVENTS

Saturday 17th August: 1.30pm - Dogility Day All welcome. Club Fundraiser $4 per entry, ribbons for first places.

First Timers is for non-competitive entrants and is open to the public so if you have a friend who wants to 'have a go' please bring them along. There will be a barbecue and tea coffee and biscuits on sale.

Saturday 24th August - Taupo - Agility Ribbon Trial

Sunday 25th August - Taupo - Jumpers Champs

Saturday 31st August - Waikato - Agility Champs

Sunday 1st September - Waikato - Agility Champs

CLUB CORNER - Dogility Open Day, Results, NALA July 2013

DOGILITY DAY - OPEN DAY FOR DOG AGILITY AT DOG SPORTS ROTORUA

Venue: Stockcar Club Grounds, Paradise Valley Rd, Rotorua

When: Saturday 20 July 12.30pm for those who have never been before (1.30pm for Club Members) ALL WELCOME

Four classes

  • Seniors: those who are competing at Kennel Club Agility level Novice or Greater
  • Intermediate: those who are competing in Champs Starters level
  • Junior: those in training who want to extend their dog's Agility understanding
  • First Timers: for dogs and/or people who have not competed before at any Agility. This is a 'Have a Go' class. 13th/14th July Auckland ACAC and Manukau ART (Agility Ribbon Trial)

21st July National Agility Link Courses from 8.30 a.m. till noon. All interested are welcome to attend. Members of our Club compete each month to put their scores in. Both Agility and Flygility Courses to be completed. Link Members from other districts are welcome to compete with us to put their own scores in with their clubs if they wish.
