AGM Saturday 11TH May

Hello All, on Saturday 11th May we are having our AGM Party at the club grounds. However, If wet it will be at Chris's house 79 Pegasus drive. Text or phone Chris H: 349-0094 M: 0274435998. We hope you will all come and enjoy it. We guarantee the AGM part will only last 45 minutes and all the rest will be fun.

The program will run as follows:

• 12noon Dog Games with prizes, all dogs in costume will receive a bag of bikkies,

• Barbecue will be up and running with a cup of tea or coffee at no charge,

• 1.15 AGM,

• 2pm Prize Giving for all of those who have worked hard throughout this year.

The Agenda for the AGM will be as follows:

• Start of AGM to be Chaired by Raewyn,

• Present, Apologies, Minutes of the previous AGM,

• Reports: Financial, Dog Training and Club Captain's reports,

• Nomination of all who wish to be on the Committee. No voting, all volunteers will be accepted,

• Making new Addenda for the Constitution with job descriptions allocated to all who are on the Committee,

• Constitutional Amendments (available to be viewed in the Container at Paradise Valley) proposed by Raewyn Saville and seconded by Christine Hutchings. There will be open discussion if required.
